Runnymede Malthouse is a custom designed serviced office which has been running since 1983 when the building was completed after being "gutted" and refurbished for this use.
Unlike most other serviced offices, our ethic is that services are supplied at cost. You will not find any extravagant "mark-ups" on the services you use such as telephone calls or postage. This enables users of the Malthouse to carry out their business without the worry of incurring large and unreasonable monthly bills.

There are no hidden extras and once the all inclusive Licence fee has been met a user can have uninhibited use of the facilities. Geographically, the Malthouse is ideally situated close to main railway lines, (London, Waterloo 35 mins.), Airport (London Heathrow, 5 miles) and motorway infrastructure (close to M4, M3 and M25)
