Our clients often "outgrow" the
fully serviced office environment of the Malthouse and find
the need to take the next step in their office provision.
Typically this can mean taking a conventional lease on larger
premises, to allow for continued growth, and all the associated
burden of dedicated staff, capital equipment and premises
management. Add to this the change in address, change in telephone
number and you will soon be looking for a simpler more flexible
solution!
Our managed premises are approximately half
the cost of fully serviced offices. All our buildings are
within a "stones throw" of the Runnymede Malthouse
and are linked by physical cable in order to extend our telephone
and computer network. The units are furnished, maintained,
cleaned and a photocopier is provided. The Malthouse Reception
Bureau handle all the telephony and call handling tasks and
collect and deliver post each morning and afternoon. Clients
can grow from the Malthouse to the Managed Office with complete
ease and the least disruption (both for you and your customers)
- telephone numbers and address stay the same!
As ever, we offer our Managed Premises on
the same flexible terms as our fully Serviced Offices - your
maximum commitment at any time is just 3 months! and we can
provide the premises (subject to availability) at the drop
of a hat (or more suitably at the drop of a cheque!).
