Our Managed Offices provide an invaluable alternative to conventional office Leases.

These premises provide an easy expansion path for existing Clients of our fully Serviced Office Business Centre (Runnymede Malthouse) as well as for new prospective Clients who have not used our fully Serviced Centre.

A flexible Licence Agreement means you are not tied to a long term lease (or personal guarantee) and you are not exposed to the Capital costs of setting up the office. No maintenance, no dilapidation's and no management overhead.

Your Managed Premises are supported by the facilities and services of the Runnymede Malthouse Business Centre. Video Conferencing, broadband Internet connection (2Mb), staff on hand, telephone answering..... it's all available at the drop of a hat (or perhaps more suitably the drop of a cheque!).
