Our Managed offices are provided not in the
form of a Lease, like conventional office premises, but in
the form of a Licence. The main differences are detailed below:

With your Offices 4 NOW premises, you can
give notice and be completely free from any further obligations
at the end of the notice period (normally 13 weeks). This,
combined with the ability to take larger or smaller office
suites, makes our offices the ideal environment for small
growing business, area offices or even for high risk or speculative
ventures.
