Our flexible Licence Agreement reduces the
legal costs and time of procuring premises. It gives you the
flexibility of immediate occupation with little capital outlay
or delay. All you need is your briefcase!
Easy Expansion
Due to the range of offices available, you
have the flexibility to expand and take on larger premises
without the cost and inconvenience of relocation. Alternatively,
when times are hard or there is a slow down in work, you can
easily reduce your office space and cut your overheads to
a minimum whilst maintaining the continuity of address and
telephone number. Our smallest offices are suitable for 1
to 2 people whilst our larger offices can accommodate up to
30 people.
Short Term Commitment
Whether you are a new 'start up' company
or a divisional arm of a multinational, whatever the future
holds, you can rest assured that your commitment is only for
three months.
No Staff Worries
Our Serviced facilities are fully staffed,
with a full time equivalent of more than three, to meet your
needs and properly manage your requirements. You have no worries

No Budgeting Worries
A fixed monthly Licence Fee makes easy work
of budgeting and controlling your costs. The Licence provides
for annual index linked reviews (Government Home Sales Price
Index) so you never face the situation where you are suddenly
confronted with a large and unexpected increase in rent. Regardless
of variations in any of our costs, your costs are guaranteed.
Typically, increases are about 5% p.a. and can not be any
greater than 7.5% p.a.
